At Puredown, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bedding products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Bedding

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring all tags and labels are attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
